Includes
- 1 comprehensive first-visit exam
- 2 dental cleanings
- 1 periodic exam with second cleaning
- 1 emergency exam & x-rays (if needed)
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- Necessary diagnostic x-rays
- 15% off other services including: fillings, deep cleanings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions
Youth membership plan
Includes
- 1 comprehensive first-visit exam
- 2 dental cleanings with flouride
- 1 periodic exam with second cleaning
- 1 emergency exam & x-rays (if needed)
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- Necessary diagnostic x-rays
- 15% off restorative and preventive care

A Few Things to Know
Our In-House Membership Plans are designed to keep things simple and transparent for new patients. While it offers meaningful savings and included care, it’s important to understand how it works.
This membership is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan, and is honored exclusively at Eastline Dental. If you have questions or need help deciding, our team is always happy to guide you!
The membership cannot be used:
- In combination with dental insurance, another dental plan, or financing programs such as CareCredit
- For referrals to outside specialists
- For hospital or hospitalization-related charges
- For treatment that falls outside the scope of care provided by our doctors
- For dental costs covered under medical or automobile insurance
- For injuries or services covered under workers’ compensation
This plan is only honored at Eastline Dental and cannot be used in any other dental office.
