Meet your prosthodontist and founder
Dr. Siddiq Karim
Dr. Siddiq Karim is a prosthodontist who approaches dentistry as both a science and a craft—guided by experience, evidence, and a deep respect for each patient’s smile. With a focus on long-lasting, beautiful results, his work reflects a belief that exceptional care is built on precision, intention, and trust.
Dr. Karim is a native New Yorker from Trinidad and Tobago, having called New York home since early childhood. Raised in both Brooklyn and Queens, he has deep roots in the city. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Brooklyn College before completing his dental training at NYU College of Dentistry. After a General Practice Residency and several years in practice, he returned to NYU to pursue advanced specialty training in prosthodontics, refining his expertise in restorative dentistry, implant therapy, and comprehensive treatment planning.
With over a decade of experience, Dr. Karim blends advanced digital technology with a thoughtful, minimally invasive approach. From intraoral scanning and CBCT imaging to restorative design, every detail is considered to ensure comfort, accuracy, and outcomes that feel as good as they look. His biomimetic philosophy prioritizes preserving natural tooth structure while creating restorations designed to stand the test of time.
Dr. Karim is especially known for his work in dentures, crowns and bridges, implant restorations, and full-mouth reconstructions such as All-On-X. As the founder of Eastline Dental, he intentionally built a space that allows for greater control, precision, and craftsmanship, so each treatment reflects the care behind it.
Outside the office, Dr. Karim enjoys music, audiobooks, cooking, and spending time with his family. A lifelong learner, he regularly studies emerging dental research to continually refine his skills because for him, delivering exceptional care means never standing still.

Meet your general dentist
Dr. Amy Wong
Dr. Amy Wong brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to general dentistry—rooted in experience, empathy, and a genuine connection to the community she serves. Born and raised in Queens, she has lived in New York her entire life and takes pride in caring for patients from the neighborhoods she calls home.
Dr. Wong attended NYC public schools and earned her bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University before completing her DDS at NYU College of Dentistry. She went on to complete her residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where she further developed her clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population. Dr. Wong speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin, allowing her to connect more deeply with many of the families she treats.
Her journey into dentistry began early, working as a dental assistant in a pediatric practice during her teenage years. That hands-on experience sparked her passion for patient care and gave her a holistic understanding of both the clinical and personal sides of dentistry, which continues to shape the way she practices today.
Dr. Wong provides a wide range of general and restorative dental services, with a strong emphasis on preventative care. Known for her calming presence and patient-first philosophy, she takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Working closely with Dr. Karim, she plays a key role in delivering Eastline Dental’s comprehensive, thoughtful approach to care.
Outside the office, Dr. Wong enjoys cooking, spending time with loved ones, exploring new towns and cities, and discovering hidden gems during trips to local supermarkets. Her warmth and genuine love for connection are felt not only in everyday life, but in every patient interaction.

We’ll take the time to listen to your concerns, review your oral health, and walk you through any recommended treatments while answering questions along the way.
Patient Experience
During your visit, we’ll review your medical and dental history, take any necessary digital images, and perform a comprehensive exam. We’ll review your options and build a care plan together so you leave with confidence and clarity about your next steps.
What to Bring
To help us serve you best, please bring the following to your first appointment:
